The industrial kiln is over 22 meters long, and the workshop where it is stored is relatively narrow. It needs to be moved and turned within the workshop before it can be safely lifted in the designated location.
To address this situation, we conducted on-site surveys prior to the operation. After multiple discussions, we proposed a lifting and transportation plan that involves using a folding arm crane, forklift, and ground pulleys working together.
During the implementation of this project, personnel from various work positions collaborated precisely and successfully completed the tasks of moving, lifting, and transporting the oversized kiln, earning approval from the client. We have successfully completed over 30 transportation tasks involving industrial kilns in different batches.
