The equipment is a critical component in the IC industry, and due to its precision requirements, there are specific demands for vibration, temperature, and humidity control throughout the transportation process.
Temperature and Humidity Control:
Maintain appropriate temperature and humidity levels to avoid adverse effects on the instruments. Use temperature and humidity control devices when necessary.
Packaging Protection:
Use specially designed packaging materials such as foam padding, air cushion packaging, etc., to ensure that the instruments are not damaged during transportation.
Secure Fixation:
When loading the instruments, ensure that they are securely fixed to the transport vehicle to prevent movement or shaking during transportation.
To meet these requirements, we meticulously developed a comprehensive work plan. This plan covered various aspects such as unloading at foreign airports, temperature control in warehouses, temperature and vibration control during air transportation, temperature control in domestic warehouses, vibration control during loading and unloading, and ensuring constant temperature in delivery vehicles. We paid close attention to each step of the transportation process to ensure a seamless operation without any errors.
In response to different customer demands, we also designed alternative transportation plans that involve routing through Hong Kong airport followed by land transportation to the factory. Additionally, to help customers manage cost expenditures, we devised a plan using sea ferry transportation for cost-effective logistics.
With each customer’s unique requirements, we continuously strive to enhance our capabilities, enabling us to successfully complete the transportation of this equipment every time. To date, we have successfully transported over a dozen of these devices.
